I’ve been working with events and entertainment since I was 13, but it was at 18 that I fell in love with working with customer experience the moment I saw the sparkle in the eyes of 2 special children when they met the Warner Bros. Characters in a ‘meet and greet’ session which I coordinated.
Since then I knew that more than just enjoying serving customers, I had the ability to create magical moments and exceed the expectations of visitors to the amusement park I worked for.
I came to Australia to seek knowledge about entertainment and new ways of providing fun for groups of friends and families from all over the world.
